Global Mining Company (Pvt.) Ltd. Islamabad holds a 30 year Mining Concession for the mining of rubies over a 10 sq.km area at Hunza Dist. Gilgit-Baltistan Province, allotted to GMC by the relevant Regulatory Authority as a ‘Mining Lease’ valid up to March, 2049
GMC obtained EL over an area of 318 acres in Dassu, District Shigar. Samples of high quality aquamarine in pegmatite were collected by GMC from the license area.
M/S Eastern Techniques carried out geotechnical study of Hushe gold in gneiss complex, and collected & analyzed representative samples (gold values ranged 0.5 to 1.5 g / t). This is commercially viable. Report is available with GMC.
EL of marble (1814 acres), granted to GMC contains deposits of snow white marble of high density and high quality. Located in the middle of the notorious Hunza valley in the steep mountainous ranges on the north side of Hunza river and stretches from Faizabad, Baltar Nala and east of Ahmad Abad village.
Located in the steep mountainous slopes south of Shagri Bala village, GMC’s 30 year lease title for development & mining of copper covers an area of 6.540 sq.kms – This particular area is situated at a distance of 7Km’s from Skardu.
